Cisco Developer Solution

Cisco has Field Sales Offices strategically located geographically to provide work and demonstration space for their sales teams.

 

The installations of atmospherics are simple rooms with only a few controlled devices.  However, these rooms have very high traffic with new and different people in and out of them several times a day.  Another challenge Cisco faces with their offices is that they are centrally supported from the IT department in San Jose, California.  Having the ability to log into the network and troubleshoot and support a hardware problem, using atmospherics save Cisco time and money.  Fewer service calls from maintenance technicians and less down time provides higher productivity from Cisco’s hardware assets

 

Visiting customers are encouraged to interact with the IP Phones to activate preconfigured and customized scenes with zero latency, a feat that can only be achieved with atmospherics. Cloud Systems’ support team is in regular contact with CBC leaders and SEs to provide input to the design of new scenes to demonstrate key features of Cisco hardware to specific Industry verticals. Cisco also retained the services of Cloud Systems as their AV consultant in the design of the new Chicago CBC and atmospherics will be the exclusive control system in the conference rooms and demonstration theaters for the new facility.
