Visiting customers are encouraged to interact with the IP Phones to activate preconfigured and customized scenes with zero latency, a feat that can only be achieved with atmospherics. Cloud Systems’ support team is in regular contact with CBC leaders and SEs to provide input to the design of new scenes to demonstrate key features of Cisco hardware to specific Industry verticals. Cisco also retained the services of Cloud Systems as their AV consultant in the design of the new Chicago CBC and atmospherics will be the exclusive control system in the conference rooms and demonstration theaters for the new facility.

Importantly, Cisco SEs are familiar with the atmospherics interface on the IP Phones and can easily demonstrate these new applications to any customer visiting one of the 30 Cisco locations internationally.
